Completing above-ceiling MEP services and false ceilings before protected final floor finishes.
Doors, Windows & Paints
Completing door and window shutters, hardware, and sealants after earlier frame and opening coordination, then applying wall putty, primer, and final paint coats.
Fixtures & Kitchen
Equipping the project with sanitary and electrical fixtures, plus coordinated modular kitchen and custom woodwork.
Final Finishes & Cleaning
Applying the final touch-ups and executing a professional-grade deep site cleaning.
Quality & Handover
Completing stage-wise QA, snag closure and system commissioning before the client walkthrough, with as-built drawings, warranties and handover records.
